Yes, I think the term "unity in diversity" is an appropriate term to describe India. Diversity. India is a vast country where people speak different languages, follow different religions, have different cultures, different eating habits which shows its diversity. Despite these diversities, as an Indian, we celebrate the national holidays with equal enthusiasm and sing national anthem with same passion. We respect for each others traditions.
